If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in no refund or partial refund after deducting shipping and handling costs.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food, consumables, and hygiene-sensitive items), returns are subject to strict conditions.
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products
- Products with damaged or tampered packaging
- Items returned without original packaging
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
- Products purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)
2.2 Eligible Return Conditions

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from Banova’s side.
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Banova may offer a replacement instead of a refund, including:
- Damaged product during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
Replacements are subject to product availability and internal verification.
5. Bulk Orders, B2B & Export Orders
- Bulk, institutional, distributor, or export orders are governed by separate contractual terms.
- Refunds or cancellations for such orders will be handled strictly as per the signed agreement or purchase order.
- Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations are generally not permitted.
6. Shipping Damage Disclaimer
While we ensure secure packaging, Banova is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party logistics providers beyond reasonable control. However, we will assist customers in resolving genuine cases wherever possible.
7. No Guarantee of Taste or Preference
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Taste preferences
- Individual expectations
- Allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities
Customers are advised to read ingredient details carefully before purchase.
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
- Deny refunds for suspicious, repetitive, or fraudulent claims
- Suspend accounts found abusing refund or return policies
All decisions taken by Banova in such matters shall be final.
9. Force Majeure
Banova shall not be liable for refund delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions, or logistics disruptions.
