By placing an order with Banova, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only in specific, genuine cases.
- Opened, used, or tampered food products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The package was missing items
All claims are subject to verification by Banova.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or consumed food products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items showing signs of use or tampering
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products purchased under clearance, promotional, or discounted sales (unless damaged)
- Taste, texture, or personal preference dissatisfaction
4. Return & Exchange Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@banovaglobal.com
- Mention your order number
- Provide clear photos or videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
Requests without sufficient proof may be rejected.
5. Verification & Approval
- All return and exchange requests undergo internal verification.
- Banova reserves the right to approve or reject a request based on:
- Evidence provided
- Product condition
- Policy compliance
Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
6. Exchange Policy
- Approved exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, Banova may offer:
- A replacement of equal value, or
- A refund as per our Refund Policy
Exchanged products will be shipped after successful verification.
7. Return Pickup & Shipping
- If approved, Banova will guide you on return shipping or pickup (if applicable).
- Products must be returned in original, unused, and sealed condition.
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the return/exchange request.
8. Refunds for Returned Products
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per Banova’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is entirely from Banova’s side.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
9. Bulk Orders, B2B & Export Orders
- Returns and exchanges for bulk, distributor, institutional, or export orders are governed by separate agreements.
- Once production or dispatch begins, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted.
10. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Banova reserves the right to:
- Reject repeat or suspicious return/exchange requests
- Block accounts found misusing the policy
Such actions are taken to protect product integrity and fairness to all customers.
11. Force Majeure
Banova shall not be responsible for return or exchange delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or regulatory actions.

Banova Global LLP reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
